How to calculate CRS score for Canada Express Entry?

Express entry program is always the center of attraction among other immigration programs due to multiple reasons. Total: 460 + 40+ 100 + 600 = 1200

The distribution of maximum point awarded to an applicant who is moving to Canada without his/her spouse is

·         Core human capital factors: Maximum Points 500

·         Transferability factors: Maximum Points 100

·         Additional points (for Provincial Nomination or a qualifying offer of arranged employment): Maximum Points 600

Total: (500 + 100 + 600) = 1200

Age: The Canadian government targets only young generation of other countries to boost up its productivity. So, the minimum age to apply to Federal Express entry program is 18 years. However, individuals in the age group between 20 to 29 years, receive maximum CRS score for the age factor. 

Education level: Minimum eligibility requirement for education level is a secondary school. However, higher education level like Ph.D. grants maximum points for Education factor.

Language proficiency: An applicant needs to be proficient in reading, writing, listening and understanding English and/or French to become eligible for the Canadian immigration program. Work experience: It is mandatory for an applicant to have a minimum of one year of work experience for applying in Express entry program. Highest points in this factor awarded to only those who possess work experience of 5 years or more.
