System (CRS).
The candidates with the
highest CRS score receive invitations through the regular draw. IRCC released
the express entry draw after every 15 days to invite candidates for PR. In the latest Canada express entry draw 2019, the minimum CRS score was 457. Invited candidates
need to complete the application for PR within 60 days.
